Pi Day Information

Hello Greene School! 

We are so excited to have our Pi Day Assembly! Please read the following information regarding what to expect on Thursday.

Every classroom will have 2 students who will pie the staff members. The 2 students who are picked must have perfect attendance from March 2 to March 18. This also includes no tardies and no early dismissals. 

Please pick your students by Wednesday, March 18. An Excel sheet will be sent out on Tuesday with the students’ up-to-date attendance.

When: Thursday, March 19

Time: 1:50 walk your classroom down, 2:00 sharp Assembly starts

Where: Gym

***Students should go downstairs with their bookbags and jackets; they will leave them in a designated area outside the gym. It will be labeled for you.

I am attaching the Pi Day spreadsheet with all of the perfect attendance rosters. Please highlight two students from your classroom for Pi Day. We will announce the classroom with the best attendance shortly, where you can pick the teachers to get pied with your classroom on Thursday morning!

Congratulation to room 305 for winning the perfect attendance challenge! See you all and your classroom on Thursday at 2:00 for the assembly! 🥧🥧🥧

I also wanted to thank Crystal’s mom for donating all of the whipped cream and Ms. Lugo for donating all the protective gear for Pi Day! Teachers who are on the list, please come dressed with clothes you wouldn’t mind getting (a little) dirty and goggles or glasses! 😉
