Good morning Greene staff,

Please make sure you are checking  your timecard for any missed swipes and enter them before you leave for spring break, to make sure you are accurately paid on 4/03 (for pay period #7 3/8-3/21). Payroll is working on making adjustments for report card pick up day on Wednesday, March 18th. See email below, thank you.

Payroll is currently cleaning up inverted swipes for report card pick-up. Once we have cleaned up all 50,000 timecards, we will run the process to move UNS to REG.

Good afternoon everyone, 

Before you log off for the day to enjoy your well deserved spring break, please make sure that you:

  1. SUB TIMECARDS: Confirm that your subs are being properly reported
    1. Did the position drop into Timekeeper from Frontline? 
      1. If NOT, MOVE the hours to the correct position number
    2. Are you able to see the sub in your school roster? 
      1. If NOT, let us know as soon as possible so we can add your unit number to grant you visibility to the timecard. 
  2. HISTORICAL CORRECTION DEADLINE - MARCH 20, 2026
    1. All historical correction forms, must be submitted through a ServiceNow ticket. 
  3. TIME OFF REQUESTS: Make sure that your Principal or Timekeeper Delegate has APPROVED all submitted Time Off requests.
  4. REVIEW TIMECARDS
    1. Review the DAILY totals to make sure the employees hours are being reported correctly. 
    2. EMPLOYEE SHORT HOURS - Move hours from UNS to REG
    3. Review DAILY HOURS for 03/18/2026 report card pick up day to ensure the totals hours in the DAILY and ALL view are totaling correctly. 
    4. You can use the slides in the Payroll Training guide located here to help you with moving hours correctly.
  5. OVERTIME REPORTING: Process your staff's overtime
    1. Move unscheduled hours to the correct overtime pay code
      1. OT0 - To be used when the employee reported less than 40 work (REG+DEV) hours in a work week. 
      2. OT1 - To be used when the employee reported OVER 40 work  (REG+DEV ONLY OR REG+DEV+OT0) hours in a work week 
      3. Overtime must be reported in 15-minute increments. You can use the rounding table to help you understand when to round up versus when to round down.
      4. Over Time Calculator
  6. SPS 
    1. Update SPS attendance
    2. SPS programs cannot be approved prior to Saturday 3/21.

All timecard adjustments for report card pick up are completed. 

Employees please review the DAILY and ALL hours to confirm that employees have all the hours worked registered.

REMEMBER if the employee did not work their full schedule they are ONLY being paid for hours WORKED.
