FW: High Desert Youth Range Camp

Forwarding for Harney County Watershed Council.    It is an announcement and application for the High Desert Youth Range Camp held in Harney County in June.  They are taking applications now through April.  They would really like to encourage kids from all over the state to attend, and also they are accepting sponsorships for those attending as well.
