Group Structure, Discussion Guidelines and Process:
• No denigration of fellow participants.
• Counter-point, differences of opinion, and engagement around
issues of conflict is GOOD. We agree to disagree, respectfully,
conscientiously.
• Less is More, when it comes to this gathering. In other
words, we’ll enact no formal leaders, meeting structure, or
requirements for participation
• Topics of conversation and pursuit will be self-identified,
advocated for with others present, and pursued according to group and
personal interest
