Moving support to Stackoverflow

From now on, the preferred way to ask for greenDAO community support is Stack Overflow.

I think Stack Overflow has advantages for everybody:

• Asking and answering questions are rewarded with reputation points
• The reward is making it more likely you get good answers fast
• The questions are visible to a higher number of people that can help
• Stack Overflow will be the single place to look for

Some tips on how to ask greenDAO questions on Stack Overflow:

• Use at least these tags for making the question visible: greendao android orm
• By using the tag greendao, you enable people like me to find your question. People can follow tags to monitor new questions
