Job
Summary
We
are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to support the
quality assurance efforts of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both automated and
manual test cases, ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.
Key
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
using tools such as Playwright or similar frameworks
- Execute manual and automated test cases to
validate application functionality
- Create test plans, test cases, and test execution
strategies
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability
Matrix (RTM)
- Perform performance and functional testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and
stakeholders to resolve issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
(stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Support testing activities across Development, QA,
UAT, and Production environments
- Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Generate test reports and ensure proper documentation
of QA processes
Required
Qualifications
- 8+ years
of experience in QA Automation and Manual Testing
- Strong experience in:
- Test script creation and execution
- Automation frameworks
- Performance testing
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g.,
Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as
Jira
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle
(STLC)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
testing activities
Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML
- Familiarity with tools like WebdriverIO, JMeter
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of test management tools (XRay,
Zephyr)
- Experience in accessibility testing
