Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise combined with user-centered design experience to build modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless user experiences
  • Build reusable front-end components using modern web technologies
  • Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into high-quality production code
  • Ensure applications meet accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
  • Incorporate user feedback and iterative design improvements into development cycles
  • Utilize AI-powered development tools to streamline coding and design workflows
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, design trends, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Front-End Development
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Expert knowledge of:
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript
    • CSS preprocessors such as Sass/Less
  • Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and productivity tools such as:
    • GitHub Copilot
    • ChatGPT
    • VS Code AI tools
    • Similar AI-assisted development platforms
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Experience with user-centered and iterative design methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new financial services products and technologies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in financial services or banking domain
  • Familiarity with responsive frameworks and modern front-end libraries
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
  • Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments
