Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft Integrations. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce transformation initiatives, modernize legacy applications, and build scalable cloud-based solutions while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Lead migration efforts from Aura Components and Vlocity/Velocity frameworks to Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and optimize OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft.
- Develop AI-powered customer and agent experiences leveraging Agentforce capabilities.
- Implement customer data unification and analytics solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Extensive experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Proven experience migrating Aura Components and Vlocity solutions to LWC.
- Strong MuleSoft integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
- OmniStudio Consultant/Developer Certification.
- MuleSoft Developer Certification.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Certification.
- Agentforce implementation experience.
- Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Einstein AI and Generative AI capabilities within Salesforce.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
- Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs.
