Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and leadership consulting. This role requires proven experience driving complex change programs and ensuring successful adoption of business, process, and technology transformations.

Minimum 5 years of experience providing:

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Minimum 3 years leading complex organizational transformation initiatives

Strong experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must possess at least one of the following recognized Change Management certifications:

Prosci Change Management Certification

ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

ACMP Certification
-
Equivalent industry-recognized Change Management Certification
Certification documentation is required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational change management strategies for large-scale business and technology initiatives.

Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.

Develop and execute change management plans, communication strategies, and adoption roadmaps.

Partner with executive leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes.

Create and deliver communication materials, training plans, and engagement activities.

Identify organizational risks and resistance points and implement mitigation strategies.

Measure change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes using established metrics and reporting frameworks.

Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers throughout the change lifecycle.

Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
