💼 Experience Required: 12+ Years
We are looking for a highly experienced GCP/AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native AI engineering to join a cutting-edge team building AI-powered solutions within the financial services domain.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design, develop, and implement LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions
✅ Build intelligent AI workflows with contextual reasoning, tool orchestration, and autonomous task execution
✅ Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines over financial datasets
✅ Contribute to AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, evaluation systems, monitoring, and observability tools
✅ Support cloud migration initiatives, governance frameworks, and automation processes
✅ Monitor, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve AI systems in production environments
✅ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
✔ Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures
✔ Experience building production-grade AI applications and automation frameworks
✔ Knowledge of AI governance, observability, monitoring, and security best practices
✔ Experience working in regulated industries, preferably Financial Services
✔ Strong software engineering and cloud-native development background
