Farm Tour This Weekend!

Participating farms will open their gates to the public, offering a unique look at their farming operations and pasture-raised livestock. To participate in this self-guided tour, purchase a $25 pass per vehicle in advance through Eventbrite. Purchase of the pass provides everyone in your vehicle access to the farms between the tour hours of 10am-4pm on both Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th.
Participating farms include Hillyrock Farm, Milligan Creek Farm, Pembroke Farm, Swift Level, Vernal Vibe Rise, and Walkup Farm (click on the name of each farm to visit their website).
Ms. Martha Holdridge of West Wind Farm will be providing a special presentation on the environmental implications of pasture raised meat/sustainable agriculture at 9:30am Saturday and Sunday morning at Swift Level.
Meat will be for sale at the farms, so don’t forget to bring a cooler to take your goodies home in. GVPN cold totes will also be on sale the day of the tour (cash or check only, please).
