Attention Customers: Due to circumstances beyond our control- unusual weather patterns and an unpredictable growing season- production has not been what we had hoped and planned for this year. In light of these challenges, we have decided to open the online market on an every-other-week basis earlier than usual. The next ordering period begins Sunday, October 6th with deliveries on Thursday, October 10th.

Our very own Byrnside Branch Farm is now open for farm fun including a corn maze, a little corn maze, fire pits, petting zoo, wagon rides, and more! Schedule a family day or just stop in and see the beautiful views on the farm. Visit www.byrnsidebranchfarm.com for more information.

Several of our pasture meat producing farms (also members of the Greenbrier Valley Pasture Network) are hosting farm tours the weekend of October 5th and 6th with an "All Farm Dinner" on Saturday, October 5th featuring many MFM producers. For ticket information please visit www.gvpnfarmtour.com

This is a first annual event that will expand to more farms on the tour next year. The weekend will be a great opportunity for families to visit a diversified group of farm practices throughout beautiful countryside! Pack a picnic and join in the fun. A Greenbrier Valley farm tour one day and a visit to Byrnside Branch the next would make for a lovely fall weekend!

Our goal is to increase access to fresh, locally produced, nourishing and safe foods for all people — from children to seniors. We encourage, support and promote the entrepreneurial efforts of local, independent and small-scale farmers, local growers and local artisans who seek to sell their products/produce directly to local consumers and restaurants. We create an opportunity for people to meet, eat, share stories, recipes and knowledge in a safe place dedicated to the cultivation of local products and talents. Finally we create an atmosphere that serves not only the market but also contributes to a prosperous rural area and promotes a sense of community.
