Hi ESIP-All -

I'm excited to announce that the Foundation for Earth Science (FES, earthsciencefoundation.org<http://earthsciencefoundation.org>) is seeking an energetic and innovative Community Manager! This is an outstanding opportunity to be a connector, enabling Earth science informatics through collaboration. The Community Manager will primarily work with the Federation of Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP, esipfed.org<http://esipfed.org>) to build and scale existing community engagement efforts and will create new programs to support and grow the community.

Ideal candidates should be passionate about building communities with a background in informatics, Earth/environmental sciences, communications, information and library science, or related areas. The role reports to the FES Executive Director, Erin Robinson. This position is likely to be part time, but full time is possible for the right candidate.
