OC team second mailing

各位oc，大家这段时间辛苦了，

前期的准备工作基本完成

现在来通知几件事情：

1，场地已经确定下来啦，在来福士广场的2806。

2，因为场地本身没有投影仪设备，所以现在要去借投影仪，我们SISU有一个投影仪。但现在我们需要三个投影仪。

请其他LC的oc问一下你们LC的投影仪可以借给我们使用吗？如果没有的话，请ER问一下我们的sponser。

3现在来公示一下各个team的进程：

1，ER的工作已经基本做完，但要注意的是因为场地的要求是公益性质的，所以一些商业性质的宣传需要控制。

这点rebecca Zhai会具体跟你们team说的。

2，Media这一块已经拉到了几家报社。但是电视这一块还是空白。所以下一阶段主要focus在电视媒体上。

3，Delegation进度要赶一下，这周之前把几所学校，每个学校来多少人确定一下。

chelsey 打过电话后记得更新tracking tool

rebecca Yu的话，不要太pushing了，只要学生有想法就好了。PPT和deadline都可以取消了。

Julia记得确定学校要来的人数。

4，logistics工作基本完成，剩下的就交给finance了。记得先向LC要钱垫着，最后等sponser的钱到位后

再付给LC。

最后。。。因为星期天早上我们要早点去布置场地包括接待工作

而我们距离人民广场比较远，所以我们在星期六的时候要在人民广场周围的青旅住下，并且将我们的物资带过去。

来统计一下，谁要来住。如果不来住的话，请务必在八点前赶到我们的会场。

好了，再给大家说一件欢乐的事情。因为我们的Event办过后的一周就是五一假期啦

所以呢，想要把bonding做成我们OC的短途旅行。询问一下大家的意见。
