I have 2 concerns regarding the garden of superbunglow
first . when i bought this house from day i wanted to put a swimming pool they told me i cant for now once estate is complete
and i can put it
Now i have allready odered a swimming pool for my garden from the uk and it states no where in the lease
that i cant put a portable or above ground swimming pool. i have attached pool copy and a lease copy clause 7.8
second is if you agree with your neighbour to put stone fence and the specified height it should not be a problem that what i was been told by anjelica when i purchased the house

Dear Chairman,
There are two issues we are dealing with here – the pool and the fence. From the dimensions of the pool, it is evident that the pool is quite high. Manish is bringing the issue of the fence, alongside the pool, presumably to protect his family privacy. Effectively, the fence will have to be quite high.
We should not allow the pool and the fence as requested by Manish. If there was misrepresentation of facts by Superior Homes regarding the rights of Manish, he may wish to seek redress with Superior Homes.

Well my opinion is that a swimming pool whose design is approved by the developer/management is ok because it does not obstruct anything or anyone’s view. It’s not like the case of the fence(Stone).
