The “Summary” list was updated with all the clarifications received through emails/WhatsApp messages & personal discussions, which I had contacted so far with the individual flat owners.
The Green colored rows are the ones which was discussed and agreed mutually on the dues with the individuals. Couple of individuals had already cleared the old dues during Jul’17 & Aug’17 months. These details will be updated/consolidated in the new book/list which is maintaining by present treasurer. You can also refer the remarks column
The Blue colored are the ones which I made a calls/request to share the details of Cheques no/Online reference numbers to finalize the dues. This will be updated as soon as the information is received.
On the rest of the rows from the list, I am trying to contact the flat owners.
Also I request to contact me today after the meeting and we can discuss on the dues and close few of them atleast.
Important note – As we requested many of times, I will continue to be available in next week also from 8.30 PM( at party hall office) to discuss on the old dues. Please contact me to close the gaps/issues before next week end.

1. Statement details from Jun’14 until May’17 Maintenance
2. Dues are mentioned across the flat # (Sheet “Summary”)
3. Cheques, Online & Cash are maintained in separate sheets
4. Couple of open topics exist which was mentioned in sheet – Open topics (Online reference numbers & check # could not able to track from online transactions)
5. Expenses details are also attached from Jun’14 until Jun’17
Next steps –
· Please go through your dues list (Online, Cheques, & Cash sheets) and if you found any blank entry against your flat # for a month , it means that I had not received any details for those months
Request to revert back if so , by sharing the online reference numbers so that the list will be updated again with the missing information
· There were cases of Cheques bouncing. Charges against those cases are not added at moment on your dues amount. This can be discussed individually and you need to clear them aswell
AT FIRST INSTANT YOUR DUES MAY LOOK BIGGER AND MAY BE TRUE. PLEASE COPERATE TO SHARE THE ONLINE REFERNCE NUMBERS & CHEQUE CLEARANCE INFORMATION FOR ALL THOSE CASES WHERE THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTED AGAINST YOUR FLAT #. THIS WILL HELP US TO UPDATE THE DUES AGAIN AND YOU MAY GET TRUE PICTURE AFTERTHEN.
