Dear All,

This is to up date you all that Intercom EPBX after several attempt
to rectify the fault, it is not working satisfactorily.Some of the
apartment this
facility is working and others it is stop / not working. Now I asked the Compac
Telesystems Engineer to come on Manday and check whether our wiring is
bad or EPBX box need to be changed.
After his inspection only I am able to tell you.

Hi All,

Since intercom has been an issue for a long time & it appears that this might not get 100% fixed for all residents in the near future,could we have a plan B in place of having a new landline phone which can be placed near the gate for us to reach the personnel at gate in case of an emergeny.

PS: Have rarely been able to reach the security guards on the landline phone as its dead most of the times.

Thoughts / suggestions please?

I think at least the Bsnl phone already in place should be repaired immediately.

Dear All,
'Greetings of the day'

Please note that Compac Telesystem engineer came and
inspected our intercom facility yesterday.He suggested that MDF
board, some of the appartment two pair cable and service has to
be required.I asked him to send me the quote.
BSNL is working since 07-04-2012 onwards, if any body's
BSNL is not working please call individually or update our apartment
Sup.Mr.Gagan he will help you.
Regarding cauvery water issue, yesterday we all resident had
a meeting at 10:00 PM and came to an conclusion that we will not pay
any thing releted to cauvery water.
But at 12:30 Hrs at night Mr.Safi came and we ( My self,
Mr.Panday and Mr.Basavaraj) discussed with him, we updated of our
resident meeting out come but he told that builder can only pay out of
total bribe money's 50% and 50% association GVOA can share.
We said ok other wise we need to loose daily 3000/- Rs. for tanker
water.

Dear Gautam,

The total bribe amount is 65000/- Rs. out of which 32500/- Rs.
builder will pay and 32500/- Rs.GVOA will pay.And I confirmed from
Mr.Krishna murthy his contact also fails.Now I asked Mr.Reddy
to collect cash from Mr.Rajesh tomorrow and give it to him.
However connection will be connected today itself.

Upto yesterday night, my contact was in active.  He is in on a piligrimage trip and responded to my calls upto yday night.  Today his mobile was totally in off mode.  Still it is in off mode.  I will try for him continuously.  Thats what i conveyed to Sharmaji.
