The receipts and expenses statements are getting published every month.  These details being circulated in the watsapp group as well as on the notice board every month.  

Dec17 month details were provided on 21st Jan18 likewise Nov17 month reports were provided on 10th Dec17.

Anyways I have attached the past 3 months details for your reference.

I got mine renewed from the one next to meenakshi mall. But our apartment falls under Mico layout police station. It's near the btm lake. You can choose either.

I believe it is Hulimavu police station. The police station near Meenakshi mall. My passport renewal happened via that police station.
