  • Mr. Kishan and Mr. Srinivas informed books for past 3 years are to be finalized and get audited.  The members present in the meeting raised the concern and informed Mr. Kishan to provide audited accounts by 31st March 2018.

  • The Association members informed Mr. Kishan to provide income and expenses details for the period Apr’18 to Jun’18 on high priority which is being part of current FY; the same has been not provided even after repeated follow ups.

  • Mr. Kishan informed, the auditors are not responding to his calls.  The members present in the meeting informed he can get some other auditor for closure of balance sheets.

  • Mr. Kishan had been informed to get the quote and also prior approval has to be taken on the audit fees.  The residents present in the meeting informed Mr. Kishan to find the auditors and relevant quotes within next 3-4 days.

  • Mr. Kishan informed an amount of over 1.3 lakhs which is received towards maintenance; he is unable to identify the payee details.  The residents informed Mr. Kishan to map these receipts to respective flats by contacting individual flat owners who has dues, and close it by 31st March, 2018.

  • To check with neighboring apartment if they are charging telecom service provider for the power used from common area for the routers.  There are residential complexes who charge these to the service providers.

  • For the unpaid dues, the notice has to be sent through registered post.

  • The residents wanted the Association to check with the builder regarding handover of the original title deeds, building plan and other documents which is standard practice of safe keeping documents with the Association once it is formed.

  • CCTV installation to be taken up, as it is being advised by the police authorities.

  • Driveway repair near gate 2, repairing of HT/LT boxes, repairing of parking area roof and recharge of bore well to be taken up.
