Meeting on 3rd March 2018

Hi All

As informed in WatsApp group, the general body meeting will be held on 3rd March, 2018 to discuss statement of accounts, audit for the FY 2017-18. We are also expecting finalized accounts from previous committee to be presented by above date for prior 3 years, which are open item as of date.

Request you all to gather at the party hall by 10am on above date.
