Hello all,
I am purchasing this wine for our company picnic, which is organic. Note the reply which talks about using the winery for corporate offsite events.

Theresa, thanks, we’re always happy to help. Please let us know if you require any further assistance in your wine buying for events.
Also, FYI, and I’m not sure who might be the right person to contact, but we do offer the use of our vineyard and winery for corporate offsites, small company dinners, and the like. We’ve worked with Driscoll’s, Google, and NASA, to name a few. We can do everything from formal sit down dinners on our vineyard patio prepared by our executive chef, to fully catered picnics in the vineyard. We have a beautiful site, 1,000 feet up overlooking the Monterey Bay, about an hour’s drive from Los Altos, here at the southern end of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Best,
Judy

As long as FedEx comes between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm, there will be someone available to sign. We have a Shipping & Receiving Clerk and receive deliveries from FedEx quite frequently.
Thank you again for all of your help, Judy. I look forward to hearing from you again soon when you send the receipt.

Theresa, many thanks. I have to send the invoices via a pic from my iPhone, but I will include one in the shipment as well.
I am assuming there will be someone there to sign for this, as FedEx does require an Adult Signature at the time of delivery.
Best,
Judy

Thank you so much for your recommendations.
We would like to order one case of each of the three options. Would you like the credit card information via email, or by phone?

Theresa, thanks for thinking of us.
We have the following to offer that we believe would pair with New Orleans type cuisine. Since you are a charitable foundation, we would offer the trade discount of 33% off retail.
1.
2. EITHER OF TWO WHITES:
3.
4. 2014 Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Cruz Mountains
. Single vineyard in cool climate region
Complex floral aromas
Crisp and uncomplicated with notable acidity
Aged in stainless steel; 201 cases
$15/bottle retail; your price $10/bottle
OR
2014 Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands, Monterey CountyNEW RELEASE!
Classic cool climate chardonnay grown in Escolle single vineyard
(next to legendary Garys’)
Full malalactic fermentation produces smooth mouth feel and lingering finish
Aged 15 months in French oak, only 120 cases produced
$28/bottle retail; your price $18.76/bottle
AND A GREAT RED:
2013 Night Owl Red, Monterey County
Classic Rhone blend of Grenache (~40%), Syrah (~30%) and Mourvedre (~30%)
Luminous ruby color, edging toward violet; earthy attack, followed by
strawberry and raspberry fruit, with plenty of soft grip on the finish
Bright, refreshing, lightweight and an utterly enjoyable wine suitable for a host
of pairings and occasions – Bravo!
Aged 18 months, 20% new French oak, 250 cases
$23/bottle retail, your price $15.41/bottle
Shipping only takes one day to Los Altos; however, we would prefer to ship as soon as possible to avoid any heat issues.
As you may know, we are well-known for our estate pinot noir; however, for the type of food pairing you mention, we believe the Rhone Blend (Night Owl) would be a better match in the red category.
Let me know your thoughts, and again, thanks,
Judy

Our Foundation has a picnic in June. We are interested in ordering some of your wine. Would you be able to recommend a red and a white that would pair well with New Orleans style cuisine? Also, how long does shipping usually take? We are located in Los Altos, CA.
Thank you.
