where can I recycle banners?

I have some old banners and foamcore signs I need to recycle. Do you know who takes this stuff? Do they pick up? On a similar topic, if you have used office supplies, a good place to donate them to is RAFT, Resource Area For teachers: http://www.raft.net/. They repurpose your supplies for classrooms.
