Noam Chomsky in critiquing the policy of the u.s.a. as capitalist made
the mistake of not counting 1492 as the first world war because
european type people are accustomed to not thinking of the prescence
of five europeann armies after 1492 fighting each other and the
indigenous there and else where as a world war.
but as noam chomsky points out in his crtiques of u.s. policy if we
were to apply the standards of the u.n. charter to that history and
call it a global war then the conquest could be termed part of global
war crimes.
war crimes which the us. contined once it acquired the areas which
belonged to both native americans and other european conquerors. then
the polcy of global woorld war began againg from the 19th century to
the 21st century.
