From the iron age to the twentieth century there has been the
possibility of using magnets to attract steel weapons using
magnersium. so magnetic shields would catch bullets.
the United Nations was founded in 1948 in the twentieth century for
the purpose of ridding the world of the scourge of war .magnets in the
hands of peace protesters backed by united nations would help.

so the idea is for peace groups in u.s.a. to be equipped with magnetic
shields tested so peace keepers can become first line of defence
against invasion. the peace protesters also build earth ramparts and
shields to retreat into if the invading forces get past the
shields .after all shields breached the peace protesters with draw and
regular army takes place if neccesary. different shields required for
outer space or for laser weapons .
