Hey Green Labs fam,
Have you seen the agenda for the upcoming I2SL conference?
I’m curious how others decide which sessions to attend? I always feel so torn between learning about broader (non-green labs) topics which I’m less familiar with vs. diving deeper into topics I’m already familiar with while simultaneously supporting green labs friends/colleagues. It’s honestly always a big conundrum for me on how best to chart my schedule. How do others approach this and manage their FOMO?
Thanks,
Star
Ps-please come to the plenary sesh to learn about the future of funding (led by Kathy Ramirez Aguilar) and also hear ya girl talk about sustainable procurement!

Hi Star & green labs community out there,
It’s always a conundrum, isn’t it? Luckily there are so many great sessions to attend at I2SL. I have recorded a session or two with permission from the speakers on occasion (I think I did this with a talk Christine Alencar gave once) that was happening simultaneously to a presentation I myself gave. Sometimes I confer with others and split up to different sessions, and then regroup and share out lessons learned and hear the same from the other sessions. I haven’t looked in detail at the presentations slated for I2SL yet, but there are three of us from My Green Lab attending this year with a diversity of interests, so happy to share out what we are learning in other sessions if you want. Scott Weitze, Nathan Sirett, and myself will all be in attendance this year.
It is hard to battle the FOMO, I know!!
Will def be at the plenary Star, looking forward to it!
Cheery regards,
Christina
