Here's the mostly-finished rough draft. We'll refine through the day tomorrow and meet tomorrow evening. Who has obligations until what time and it better be a real commitment, not fucking dollar beer night at the Hunt Club. Yes Amber, I'm talking to you. I'm down to refine the fonts if anyone has any major gripe with them, same with colors. I hate you all and I think we should all get loaded next weekend. Only problem is only 4 of us are legal to drink, so Westin, Skye, Joey, you guys can have a frosty from Wendy's or something.

In all seriousness, we don't need to stress, but we do need to get this lined up and good to go tomorrow night. I'm available after 3.

Seth can you add another bullet on the 1st policy slide at the same
level as incentives that says "Mandate?" or something along those
lines i would like to interject here on my beliefs about mandating. Or
we can go over it when we meet 2morrow.

Hey,
Looks good (definitely like the green background and the white
font! :-) but can we say consumers of green products and services and
consumers of non green products and services??? I don't want to leave
out services because they can be green too! There are also some things
I would like to discuss about the incentives... we can do this when we
meet but under current practices are all those things really
incentives... like the sustainability plan?? Should we call these
things incentives or just stick with current practices?... because if
we do call them incentives we need to add in the rebates and tax
breaks Fort Collins already offers...also the incentives that we are
proposing... they are kind of confusing....could they be for existing
buildings (incentives to retrofit), new buildings (incentives to build
green), and Green Jobs (incentives to bring Green jobs into Fort
Collins)????? Just my suggestion to make things more clear! Let me
know your thoughts guys!

Just to give everyone a further breakdown of the intent behind the presentation. The outline we hand out will have all of the actual data talking points we've put together, but what's going to appear on the slides is going to be the main point, and we'll fill that in with our big-kid voices. i.e. Kelsey's stakeholder slide is only going to say Consumers of Green Products, she'll give the definition during the definition slide, then the stakeholder view once we've identified the policy. We don't want to put too much information on each slide, so we keep it to the main point and fill in the rest. Cool? What time tonight? 6 work for everyone?

Yes as to consumers etc, that one is easy. Clarity is something I think we'll hash out tonight, but in principle I think I agree with you.

Library seems most obvious unless someone knows of a quieter location. Potentially Clark C.

Anywhere with a projector? That would be super helpful so that we
could practice... I know Westin said that he had one in his house and
we should come there... I just don't know if everyone would be ok with
that...?

Guess we'll let everyone chime in. A once-through is probably a good idea.

here is my shit,
Big Business Def. A business that, employs more than 100 people, or is
a substantial franchise, (McDonalds,etc.)
Note: I would like to elaborate more on this as a group tonight so we
can come up with a more professional, concrete def.
*why big business is a stakeholder
*What are the largest employers currently in FoCo (ill elaborate more
with % in climate wise)
*Possible implications of the "green, non-green" annual report
Side note: i found some statistical info regarding livingwage and such
if we want to use it but i assume we can discuss this at our meeting.
also, fuck you seth, i will enjoy my frosty if i have to. With that
being said i have an excellent ID, and i would love to show you all
how to throw down.

and can you add some bullets to big business:
- mandating new building to be green
- retrofitting existing building
-the mentor program

Alright, the latest plan, we'll meet in the library at the coffee cart at 6 and see if we can find a room with a projector that's unoccupied. I'm going to stop at Pizza Casbah and get a Bronx, bring whatever you want to drink other than booze. If we can't find anything there we'll do a recon of Clark C. Objections? Also be open to going to Westin's house.
