what the hell is a "green job database?" is this the same as the
green/ nongreen list?

I feel like I must be miscommunicating this. I have explicitly said it like 5 times now and yet no one gets it. The database is a two list system. The first is a voluntary list a business can sign that will say they want to be approached by "greening" businesses. Than the other lsit will be one of the "greening" businesses so the city and new businesses know who to communicate with. You know. This has been too confusing. No one gets it so we should just drop it.

Calm down Jose, I haven't heard you say it even once. If it's simple, give us a graphic or a visual so we can see it. This isn't worth all of the tweenage angst I'm sensing. Relax kids.
