Electric Efficiency: cash incentives for upgrades that reduce water
and electric usage and electric demand

The finished handout, if anyone has Office '07 or '10 and wants to clean up the bullets and make them more consistent, great, if not, I don't particularly think it will matter. e.g. I don't care. I'll print out 40 in the a.m.
