I think this is panel output and not from battery bank. 1200 to 1450 kWh per year per kW installation is for grid connected system. For decentralised system with battery bank the same may be around 900 to 1200 kWh. I could not locate solar resource study data that I had, will share with the group once I locate the same.

If I'm not wrong, the figure above is AC output assuming losses through a
battery bank. A grid-tied system should give you about 20% more.
