We have received lots of articles in foreign languages. Because we
have not enough ability to read and assess them, they can not be
published. we thank all these foreign friends for participatory in our
forum!
We only can publish articles by English or Chinese, wich is without
any language discrimination just for our recognizing ability to
languages is limited.
