I finally got the air change number right. The entire building is what we have to go by, due to leaks inside the brick common wall. The entire building is 184,173 c.f. The building leaked at 3800cfm50Pa. You take 3800cfm50Pa / 16.02 (N*.89, 1-1/2 Stories) =237cfm Natural

237 cfm / 184,173 * 60 = .077 air changes per hr

Our goal I believe was .1 air change per hr.

It's time to celebrate, we did it! Yes!

The long, but fun journey, was Successful.

About that pressure / RH. We need to talk.

Thanks

Ken --

Thanks for all the work.  This is truly amazing results and a testament to what's possible when a small group of people set their minds and talents towards creating a more sustainable future.

This is really something to celebrate.

The Pressure / Rh conversation is still on our list.  Just trying to get to the basic heating and cooling done first.

Tom
