I learned about this at the Mini Maker Faire: Make Workspace at the Green Bay Barnes and Noble that was/is going on this weekend.
The B&N thing has demonstrations and experience some of the latest products in 3D printing, robotics, coding, programming and more.
The Green Bay Proto group appears to be in some early stages of formation.
They have also been setup at the Green Bay farmers markets trying to get some attention.

You'll also find they've secured a location with the Brown County Central Library!
"Proto GB will be located on the 3rd floor of the Brown County Central Library. Thank you to the Library staff and board members for their support! We are tentatively planning on having a Grand Opening in January."
