I hope you will be able to join me for a book signing and reception featuring Patricia Moore-Pastides, author of Greek Revival: Cooking for Life.

 

In addition to writing a Greek cookbook and serving as a public health professional, Patricia is the “first lady” of the University of South Carolina.  Her husband, Harris Pastides, is the president of the university and I have had the pleasure to get to know them and their family over the past few years.  Patricia is a fabulous spokesperson, a delightful hostess and a true Grecophile.  Please come by the Greek Embassy to meet Patricia Moore-Pastides and to learn about her delicious, healthy approach to Greek cooking.
