TICKET COLLECTION
Tickets booked through our website, can be collected from Company's Central Agencies or Port Agencies and also from the Port Offices at the port of departure (at least 30 minutes before the departure).
In order to collect your tickets, you should present your Reservation Number along with the credit card you used for your transaction and your ID card or Passport.
If the payment card holder is not collecting the tickets himself, they will have to provide a signed letter,duly notarised (authentication of signature), giving permission for ticket collection, with the named party bringing ID.
Remark: The e-mail confirmation of your reservation, is not a ticket.
