Change to GT300 Race Rules

NOTICE OF CHANGE to Great Texas Catamaran “Rules and Conditions of Entry”
Rule 8. HULL DECALS/ADVERTISING, Hull decals, I.e. “GT300.com” are not mandatory for this running of the race. 
Rules 8.1 and 8.3 will not be enforced.
