🕊️ Jesus’s Words About Hell — A Message of Justice and Mercy

Many people think hell means eternal torture, but when we study Jesus’s actual words, we understand a deeper truth. Jesus taught both justice for the wicked and mercy for every soul.

🔥 Jesus Warns About Heinous Sin

Jesus condemned murder, oppression, hypocrisy, and spiritual corruption.
“How can you escape the judgment of hell?” — Matthew 23:33

Sin has real consequences.

⏳ “Forever” Does Not Mean Endless

In Greek, the word aionios (often translated “eternal”) means age-long, not infinite time.
Punishment is serious, but not without end.

⛓️ Punishment Has Limits

Jesus said:
“You will not come out until you have paid the last penny.” — Matthew 5:26
This shows that punishment is temporary and corrective, not infinite.

📖 Jesus Teaches Restoration

Jesus came not to destroy souls, but to save them:
“I did not come to condemn the world, but to save it.” — John 12:47

After purification, the soul is restored by God’s mercy.

🌿 Summary

Those who commit heinous sins face severe judgment, but Jesus never taught eternal torture. Hell is temporary, purifying, and just, leading ultimately to restoration of the soul.
