There is an interesting discussion taking place in Fargo Moorhead about how we design our cities and what impact that has on walkability and bike-ability. CassClayAlive is hosting a “Building Cities for People” event on March 3 at Dakota Medical Foundation (see attached). Local urban planner, Mike Zimney, makes a strong case for re-thinking community design. If you pedal on the streets of FM like I do, this is a very important and timely topic. Please consider attending.
