TIME TRIALS!!!!!

Good Afternoon, All!

Just wanted to let everyone know that after tomorrow there are only THREE Bi-weekly TTs left. I am not going to be able to help with any of those three...so please sign up and help out with one if you are able. All you need to do is show up to St Ben's in Horace before 6:30, count people off every 30 seconds starting at 6:30, and time...Usually doesn't take more than 40 minutes from start to finish.

Also, the annual False Flat TT is coming up in under 2 weeks. It's at St Cecilia's (Steve Wentz, can you please confirm this is what the church is called and I will contact them to inquire if we're able to have the TT begin there again this year?-Also, can you please send me an email with contact info for port-a-potty? Thanks!)
We need folks to help with timing/registration and course marshaling (primarily someone to be at the turn around point)...

I'm going to get together a bundle of snacks/treats that will be brought out to the race and will get the cash awards together...I'm working that day so I won't be able to help out. Please reply to this email if you're able to help out with this event. The weather is supposed to be quite nice. (: Hopefully lots of folks show up! I'll also look around for bib numbers...

False Flat TT info- July 11th (Saturday) registration starts at 8, first rider is off at 10.

Bib numbers came in this past week.

Is anyone available to help out with the FFTT? As of right now we have no one to help time, register, marshal the turn... If we are unable to get anyone to volunteer to help, the FFTT will not be taking place. OR it could be postponed until August. Maybe it can be rescheduled for the final bi weekly TT...

Does anyone have thoughts on this?

What time is the FFTT scheduled for Saturday am?
I am thinking I can help, but I can't see what time it starts...

I am out of town this weekend.  Julie Wilson and I can time the next Tuesday TT, on the 14. Or we could time a different one. Let us know.

ALSO, for this Satuday-Thank you to those who are able to come out and help with this. There is a porta potty that will be on the property, we have permission from St. Cecilia's to use their parking lot, I will be bringing the club tent, a folding table, waivers/pens, safety pins (hopefully we have enough-if you have a bundle laying around feel free to drop 'em off at the shop-I work open-close today and tomorrow), I'm going to pick up some snacks friday after work. I also work Saturday, so I will help with set up, but will have to head back to the shop by ten. I'll try to make my way back out to the course to pick up materials. Thank you to Luke, Brian, and Todd for volunteering. We can always use an extra person or two. If you like bring out a chair. I'll also try to round up a cone to mark the turn around point. I am going to get out to Sabin before 8 to get set up. Don't worry about getting out there before then. Also we should cut off the registration time at 9:40 to get everyone lined up.
