DHS programming contest cancelled - possibly rescheduled - my abject apologies

I found out recently that I had missed some paperwork in the fall and the cafeteria was already booked.
I thought we could switch to the gym, but it is not available for setup Friday. (I should have known this earlier – when I was told the gym was available I assumed, you know what they say about that, that it was available for setup as well as for the contest, since I specified both days in my fundraiser request. It only occurred to me to make absolutely sure yesterday.)
We may reschedule for March 9, 16, or 23. Any opinions as to whether we should do that, and if so what day, are appreciated.
I owe one school a refund, which I will get to you ASAP, ASAP meaning as soon as I figure out the procedures.
Many apologies. I’m not accustomed to messing up, at least not quite this badly, so now I know what it feels like.
