Identify Folks in Picture?

Can anyone identify the people sitting around the table in this picture?
I know the second from the left is Dan Geiger (former UO Outdoor Program Director). 

I have a book with this picture in it that I'm putting into a "History" file I have, which I eventually hope to consolidate into some sort of record of Eugene Bike History. 

Also, if anyone has any other historical pieces they'd like to share, please let me know.

For those interested, here's what I've heard so far:

Photo- Left to Right

Dave Hallick- Former sales representative for the Register Guard
Dan Geiger- Former University of Oregon Outdoor Program Coordinator
Yuri Samer- (in California now)
Tim Kaiser- Former owner of Cycle Bi
Don Person- AKA Bill the Cat

Also, got the contact info from the co-author (Keith Nelson) and will be collecting more info about the local MTB scene from those days. Will continue work on compiling other "Eugene Bike History" too so feel free to keep sharing.
