We have been in contact with teams around China but we wanted to
officially announce. So without further ado...
我们一直与中国各地的队伍保持联系，但是我们还是想正式声明一下，所以爽快一点...
It is that time of the year again. We are excited to be writing you to
announce the 2009 China Open – better known as Nationals. This year
the festivities will be on the weekend of the 16th and 17th of May, up
here in Beijing.
又快到比赛的时候了。我们很高兴地通知您2009年中国公开赛，也就是我们的全国比赛即将开始。今年飞盘盛会定于5月16日和17日，地点为北京。
We hope to kick off our new website soon to ease the registration
process. We will send another message out when the site is up and
running. For now please mark your calendars and start getting your
teams ready.
我们的网站很快就会完成了，然后就可以通过它来登记报名。网站全部完成之后，我们会再给大家发通知。当前也就请大家安排好自己的时间并让你的队伍做好准
备。
As the tournament is to decide a Chinese National champion we do have
rules on what teams can compete for the finals. As always, foreign
teams are more than welcome and will have plenty of Ultimate all
weekend. However, in order to qualify as a Chinese team you must
demonstrate that your team has less than 30% foreigners. A Chinese
national has a 身份证 and has grown up in China.
由于这个赛事是为了角逐出一个全国冠军，我们对决赛的队伍有一些要求。跟往常一样，我们欢迎外国人来一起玩飞盘，但是想被判定为“中国人”队伍的话，你
队伍里的运动员必须70% 以上都是中国人。中国人的定义为在中国长大并持有身份证的中国公民。
Sorry for the inconvenience for any foreigners and any questions will
be handled on a case-by-case basis.
我们对外国友人带来的不便表示歉意，我们将会逐一当面具体解决问题。
We are very, very excited to welcome everyone back up here for the
second year in a row and are planning a rocking tournament for all.
我们非常荣幸的欢迎大家再次光临北京，也给大家准备好了一个超赞的比赛。
