Advanced Technology Leaders is looking to fill the position of an AD SME that can build and manage CONUS wide AD Forests and build trusts and migration plans.  (Advanced Technology Leaders is a subcontractor to Peraton.)

Responsibilities

Support ARCYBER and NETCOM Network Convergence.

Improve collaboration and communication through a broader wider span of cross-coordination between Army and ARCYBER convergence activities. Ensure stakeholder interests are represented, inclusive of ARCYBER, NETCOM, and assessed Organizational Networks across the Army. Work side-by-side with the TDPs Technical Monitor to provide direct administrative and project management support to NETCOM, 7th Signal Command and G35 government project leads ensuring timely awareness of strategic decisions, changes in direction, and the synchronization of ongoing dependent and supporting moderation efforts across the Army. Address shortfalls in knowledge management across Network Convergence. Provide direct administrative and project management support to NETCOM, 7th Signal Command and G35 government project leads. Accelerate and increase production of Discovery Reports, to-be architectures, network diagrams, COA development, presentations, monitoring of migration actions, development of MOAs and development/presentation of briefings. Ensure continued high quality products and quality control in production. Assist the Army with understanding ORGNETs existing contractual timelines, potential penalties, and with development of associated restructuring, de-scoping and re-scoping actions IAW the C4IM Services List, developing appropriate manpower requirements, and determining future POM year inputs required to support convergence. Integrate information assurance activities into organizational network assessments. Interface with the Cyber Security Division in obtaining Authority to Operate and Authority to Test. Validate the security of defending network before recommending additions to DODIN-A.

Applies technical knowledge to assist clients in the design and development of solutions to complex technical engineering and applications problems, network challenges, or system administration issues. Establishes the basic structure of the system, defines essential core design features and elements that provide the framework. Incorporates engineering strategies for introducing new technology into the customer's infrastructure related to its business processes of collection, analysis, production, and dissemination. Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commercial off-the-shelf or already developed components. Applies knowledge of enterprise IT or engineering needs to design improved processes, generate valid requirements, and ensures that these are consistent with the customer's enterprise technical architecture. May participate in business development activities.

Qualifications

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

Prefer a Bachelor or Associates degree, not High School. Prefer formal education (Bachelor or Associates) in network, computer engineering or computer science.

Certs Required: DoD 8570 IAT Level II

Members of the Network Convergence Team shall be comprised of multi-talented Information Technology (IT) professionals who: have advanced-level proficiencies in system and network engineering, integration, management and administration possess a working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) framework principles, cloud computing servicing models, best business practices, cybersecurity disciplines, service desk support/operations, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) theory, DoD regulatory requirements and Army organizational constructs possess a conceptual understanding of Joint Information Environment (JIE), Global Transport Engineering Support (GTES), Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (13MP) and Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) initiatives in order to interpret, characterize and perform detailed discovery/analysis tasks and provide consultation services to facilitate ARCYBER Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet)/Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) ORGNet convergence and enterprise IT end-state objectives. have experience with Data Center and application management, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Systems (PPBES); IT Support Contract(s) Development, Army Force Management, MS Project and Office software suites.
