Hey everyone!!!  We have a meeting tomorrow night to get next years 10th Anniversary year started!!!
 
Below is a list of items to be covered.  If you have something you would like to address or discuss, please let me know and I will be happy to add you to the list.

I would like to have a quick update on where we are with on-line registration.  Perhaps you can get Andrew to summarize status to get further discussion.

so sorry! some how I missed the reschedule date and did not get this on my calendar.  I have a conflict I cannot get out of - if I get done early I will chime in

I vote for on line registration!!!!

I may be a bit late to the call, but if you want to save the discussion until I get there, I can contribute. I've done this for other events before, and it should be very easy to do it again here. We can handle online payment, too (PayPal, Google Checkout, etc.), but be prepared for them to take some off the top. If we don't want to incur that expense (a few percent), then we can have them simply mail payment to the Treasurer. Finally, I would recommend keeping a signed paper waiver for legal reasons. This can be done at check-in, people can come with their waivers signed, or they can mail them in, in advance.

Yikes!  Dinner with my parents tonight but they go to bed early, I'll join ASAP.  Don't volunteer me for anything onerous...
