AMA Business is going to Organize a Job Fair.

The job fair,is going to be held on 13th & 14th November 2010
(Saturday, Sunday) in Bangalore.

Through this job-fair, You will be served by us in meeting your
resource requirement without any cost to you, giving you a better
economy of scale.
You will be sourced with the candidates being shortlisted after a
written test and subsequent initial interview thus saving your time
and effort.
This job fair could also be used as your advertising platform and will
help you in creating a brand awakening for you among the job-seekers,
as we are working out to gather a walk-in for around up to 10'000
candidates.

We are a complete information solution company with strong team of
technical experts to serve you, maintaining the highest level of

combined with the resources and quality advantages. We offer and

(i) AMA is a software development firm with added engagements in IT
job placements, IT Consultancies, and IT events. AMA is going to
organize a job-fare on the 13th and 14th of November, 2010 in
Bengaluru, Karnataka. Job fair is a business initiative to provide a
common platform to job seeker and companies.

(ii) “Client” is one who is into the services of IT / Software
developments and IT Consultancies.

(iii) The Client is desirous of hiring candidates to fulfill the
vacant positions with their company / firm.

(iv) AMA will be taking written test and the interviews of the
candidates desiring to work with the client’s company / firm &
fulfilling the requisite criteria of the company / firm and will
source the shortlisted candidates to the company / firm for final
interview/s and other recruitment process.

NOW THE PARTIES INFORMATION/REQUIREMENT:

1. Client will inform the AMA for its vacant situations & placement
requirements and with explain them the job-descriptions of each vacant
position.

2. Client gives permission and mandate to AMA to shortlist candidates
on their behalf and authorizes AMA to take written test/s, interview/s
of the candidates to shortlist them, on their behalf.

3. The candidate/s shortlisted by AMA will be sourced to the client
for the final interview/s and other recruitment process and the Client
will take interviews of the shortlisted candidates.

4. After meeting with the candidates and taking their interview/s,
client will have full right to select or reject any candidate being
shortlisted by AMA.

5. Client will have full right with the final shortlisted candidates
to hire them on their own payroll and what so ever be client’s own
policy.

6. AMA will not charge any money from the client for the services
mentioned in above points and will provide these services free to the
client.

7. Client will not have any objection on AMA, if AMA takes a service
charge from the candidate/s. Charging a service fee by AMA, from the
candidates, will be on sole discretion of AMA.

8. Client may visit the job-fair and also may participate in it, if
they feel to be.
