Greasemonkey 1.5 freezes Firefox on startup

Hello!
Yesterday Greasemonkey updated itself to 1.5 and since then it started freezing Firefox on startup.
I uninstalled all my add-ons and GM it's the only one doing this (when I disable it, everything's fine).
Updating to Firefox 17 didn't solve the problem.
Please note that I start Firefox with a blank page, so no script should be active on startup.
Unfortunately, I had no other chance than disable it but I'd really need to have it back on.
I cannot even disable single scripts. How can I provide you more informations?

UPDATE:

I've tried removing every script configuration from config.xml and it freezes the same.

Hope this helps.

I have Windows 7 64bit (Italian).

It's hard to say exactly, but the troubleshooting steps are the best place to start.

Hello and first of all thank you for the answer.

Error console reports no errors.

Here's other informations.

• Operating System
  • Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

• Firefox version
  • 16 and 17

• Greasemonkey version
  • 1.5

• Exactly which script, if any, is causing a problem?
  • None, I deleted them all from config.xml but the problem persists.

• Exactly which page, if any, is exhibiting this problem.
• Blank page at Firefox startup. Not the one with the mosaic, but a completely blank page.
