How do i use greasemonkey ? i downloaded it and nothing is happening,i must admit,i am not computer literate,lol does it work on its own ? or do i have to do something ?

Greasemonkey is just a platform in which User Scripts can run. By itself it does nothing. http://userscripts.org/
