Hi,

I keep getting messages telling me that greasemonkey will no longer be
updated and/or supported and that I should switch to scriptish. Is
there any truth in these messages?

No.  Where are you getting these messages from?  Probably a particular user script?  Which do you have installed?

Wasn't there a similar question a few days or weeks ago? Maybe it's some
script's message that's badly written, meaning that there won't be a
GM-version of that particular script?

It's almost definitely a message describing that Scriptish does update checking for scripts, while Greasemonkey doesn't (yet).

It's not like I need GreaseMonkey (or Scriptish) to do update checking
for me.
I've got a separate plugin that does that for me, by using some
features on userscripts.org and including it with the script to check.

Weird how these messages keep popping up though.
