Hi,

there is an bug in the german ubuntu-wiki ubuntuusers. when i click on an image all browsers whant to download the image instead of open it in the same or a new tab. the bug is known. when i click on an image i have the download dialog (i don't download files automatically). when downloaded i can open the files in firefox bit this doesn't work without downloading.

can i fix that with greasemonkey? something like: when open a *.png from with the url https://media-cdn.ubuntu-de.org/wiki/...../ download it directly to /tmp/image.png and open it intermediately in a new tab in the same firefox window.

is this possible?

I don't think Greasemonkey can do this.  I wrote https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/never-force-download/ to help with situations like this.  It's not quite perfect but usually works.
