Greasemonkey challenge: what code will achieve this?

I'm looking to automate form editing in the browser and need the code that will do the following:

The data is displayed in a <table>, each row can be edited. The number of rows will vary. For each row - <tr> in the table do:

1. Click the first "Edit" link and wait for the page to load
2. Change the 3rd and 4th dropdown to "foo"
3. Replace "foo" with "bar" in all text areas
4. Click the first "Update" link and wait for the page to load
