Application form query

hi,

i am piyush.
GRE score 1410(v-620, q-790, awa-3). given TOEFL on 23rd nov. and
toefl score will be reported to uni. by the mid of december.

Can i start my application process? since my application package will
not include copy TOEFL score card, but i think that by the time my
package will reach them, my toefl score will also be reported by ets.
will it delay application processing?

no, i think it is all right and it will not delay the application processing.

Make sure that your university has atleast December 15 deadline for documents, because TOEFL score can take around 3 weeks, some times, if you request by e-mail, universities may allow you 3 or 4 days more than deadline (It happened in my case), your other documents will reach them hardly in 4 days by courier, hope this helps,

Or maybe if you can get an application to state that the medium of instruction was English

then you may get a waiver from some universities. At the very least you may get a reprieve of a few days, to submit your TOEFL score.
